We contracted Custom Pools by Design to build our pool and lanai before we closed on our new home with our home builder so we could start the process as soon as we closed. We did talk to 4 different companies to get quotes and the difference between the lowest and the highest was $42,000. The lowest we didn't go with as their reviews weren't that good but CPBD's price was the 2nd to the lowest and the quality and the services was as good if not better then the other two companies that charged so much more for the same product so CPBD's price was so much better. Everyone from start to finish was professional, courteous and they kept us very well informed. Brady helped us design our pool and was always happy to make changes as I asked until we got exactly what we were looking for. Adamas was our project manager and every time I called or texted with a question (which was often) he called or texted back, even after hours. Adamas really did bend over backwards to make sure I was happy how everything turned out and was always friendly and courteous and even met me in person when I requested. Cara would email us updates every week and let us know who was coming and and when. When they started the project they said it would take between 10-14 weeks from start to finish, depending on the weather and they did get it completed within that time frame even after dealing with two hurricanes in between. We were very satisfied in how our pool turned out and with the quality and service that we were provided and would highly recommend using Custom Pools By Design to build your pool.

Our experience with Custom pools was excellent. Brady was our salesman. We built a new home and the process was almost 3 years long due to our builder. Custom pools was quick and all of there work was done with detail. They helped with selection ideas and we love our new pool.

Custom Pools by Design did a phenomenal job with our pool installation from start to finish. Our initial meeting with Thomas was fantastic—he helped us design the pool and recommended the three-tiered spillover for the hot tub, which has become our favorite feature. From getting the quote to selecting all our finishes at their new office, the process was seamless.
